Service Issues Resolution

If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will:

  • Return to address any concerns at no additional charge
  • Re-clean areas that don't meet your expectations
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution

Refund Eligibility

Full or partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not completed as agreed upon
  • Significant damage occurred due to our negligence
  • Service quality was substantially below our standards
  • We were unable to address concerns despite multiple attempts

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
  2. Describe the issue in detail
  3. Provide photos if applicable
  4. Allow us the opportunity to make it right
  5. We will review and respond within 5 business days

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are typically not available for:

  • Pre-existing damage or stains
  • Customer dissatisfaction that we addressed with return service
  • Stains that may not be removable due to age or composition
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control
  • Services cancelled by the customer after work has begun

Our Recommendation

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to let us try to resolve any issues first. In most cases, we can address concerns through follow-up cleaning or other corrective measures.
