By booking our carpet cleaning services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to your property
• Move fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned
• Be present during the service or provide proper authorization

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to make it right.

Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Damage to items not properly secured or moved
• Color bleeding or dye transfer from pre-existing conditions
• Shrinkage or damage due to excessive moisture exposure

Pre-Existing Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service on items with visible pre-existing damage, excessive wear, or conditions that could result in further damage during cleaning.
